With the world changing faster than we are, where conditions are different, where known is unknown and where the future is unwritten - this new speed of change needs a new mindset. ICHM has always been an establishment not only built on a reputation for excellence, but also on a progressive mindset, a willingness to adapt and future-focused attitude.

Based on this key insight we developed a new creative platform 'learn to change' - inspiring a shift from a dedicated specialist in the business of hospitality to a new-breed business school to school new-breed thinkers. A new identity that deliberately goes against the grain of the typical business-school category codes.
